Welcome to Zibecks Letters. By accessing our services, placing an order, or interacting with any of our digital products, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. SERVICES OFFERED

Zibecks Letters specializes in custom-made digital design products, including but not limited to personalized letters, invitations, templates, and other creative materials.

All products are digital-only. No physical goods will be shipped.
Each product is made-to-order and crafted based on your unique specifications.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that is incomplete, unclear, or violates our policies.

2. ORDER PROCESS & DELIVERY

Payment is required in full before any work begins. Orders placed without full payment will not be processed.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate, clear, and final information. Any errors or delays caused by incomplete submissions are not our responsibility.
Final files will be delivered via the email address you provide or the platform through which you placed the order (e.g., Shopee, Etsy, WhatsApp, Instagram DM).
Turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the design and will be communicated during the order process.

3. NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products:

All sales are final.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after payment, for any reason.
This includes (but is not limited to): mistaken purchases, change of mind, dissatisfaction with subjective outcome, delays in sending required information, or inability to use the final file.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By placing an order, you agree that:

You have read and understood the product description, specifications, and instructions.
You will submit correct and complete data for your order.
You have the required software or tools to use the final files (.PDF, PNG, JPEG, .PSD, etc.).
You will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund claims under any circumstances.
You are responsible for saving and backing up your delivered files.

5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT & REVISIONS

If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect format), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zibecks@hotmail.com.
We will provide reasonable assistance at no extra charge, but this does not entitle you to a refund.
Minor revisions may be offered at our discretion, provided they fall within the original scope of the order.
Major edits or new requests after delivery may incur an additional fee.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

All custom designs remain the intellectual property of Zibecks Letters until full payment is received.

Upon delivery, you receive a non-transferable license to use the final design for personal or commercial purposes. You may not:

Resell, share, or redistribute editable design files or templates.
Claim credit for the original design if not created by you.
Use the design in a way that may infringe upon copyright or violate ethical standards.

Zibecks Letters retains the right to display the original (non-personalized) version of the design for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless a confidentiality request is made in writing beforehand.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zibecks Letters is not responsible for:

Any losses, damages, or misunderstandings resulting from the use or misuse of the product.
Incompatibility issues due to missing software or design knowledge.
User errors, delays in communication, or failure to follow instructions.

All products are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

8. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY

We collect only necessary personal information to process your order and communicate with you.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Customer", "You") and Zibecks Letters (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) regarding the use of any custom design, digital product, or downloadable content purchased from us.

By purchasing, downloading, or receiving a digital product from Zibecks Letters, you agree to the terms below.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE & OWNERSHIP

Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you:

Full ownership rights to the final custom digital file that was created specifically based on your instructions.
Exclusive usage rights, meaning the design will not be resold or reused for other customers.
The right to use the file for personal or commercial purposes including printing, reproduction, resale of finished products (not templates), and publication.

⚠️ Zibecks Letters retains ownership of the original base concept or template used prior to customization. We may display uncustomized samples for portfolio or promotional use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. PERMITTED USES

You may:

Use the final delivered design for business branding, merchandise, marketing, web use, printed materials, or client work.
Modify or adapt the file to suit your needs.
Sell or monetize finished products using the design (e.g., T-shirts, cards, books, packaging).

3. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or transfer the design in editable or template form (e.g., PSD, AI, Canva links) to any third party.
Use the file as part of a design bundle, template pack, or digital asset for mass distribution.
Re-license, sub-license, or allow others to use the design on your behalf (except employees or contractors working under your direction).
Claim the design was created by you or your agency (credit is optional but appreciated).

Violation of these terms may result in legal action or termination of your license.

4. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been created and/or delivered, no refunds or revisions will be issued unless a technical error occurs due to our fault.

5. DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT

Your file will be delivered via the agreed method (e.g., email, download link, platform message) within the estimated turnaround time. Delays caused by incomplete information from you are not the responsibility of Zibecks Letters.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Zibecks Letters is not responsible for:

Any loss, damage, or misuse of the file after delivery.
Software incompatibility or user error in opening or using the design.
Business losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages from the use of our product.

Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. TERMINATION OF LICENSE

We reserve the right to terminate this license immediately if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Zibecks Letters regarding the product, superseding all prior discussions or representations.

All products sold by Zibecks Letters are custom-made digital designs, created specifically based on the information you (the buyer) provide. Due to the personalized and non-physical nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS

By placing an order and completing payment, you agree that:

You are purchasing a custom, made-to-order digital product that is not eligible for return or exchange.
Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
Cancellation is not possible once the order is submitted.
You forfeit the right to request a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or dispute.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Unauthorized, fraudulent, or stolen credit card use.
You (or your client) no longer want or need the product.
You changed your mind after ordering.
You were unaware the payment was completed.
You failed to read the product description, file format, or delivery method.
You lack the necessary software, tools, or knowledge to use the file.
You are unhappy with the result due to personal preference or expectation.
You delayed or failed to provide the required content (text, names, dates, photos, etc.).
You expected faster delivery without prior agreement.
You claimed non-delivery when proof of delivery is available.
You downloaded or used the file, then attempted to reverse payment.

2. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

Before ordering, it is your full responsibility to ensure that:

You have carefully read the product description and understood what is included.
You submit complete, final, and accurate information for your order.
You understand this is a digital product — no physical items will be shipped.
You have the proper software or tools (e.g., PDF viewer, image editor) to open and use the file.
You respond in a timely manner to any request for clarification or missing data.

3. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

If there is a technical problem with a delivered file (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect format caused by us), contact us within 7 days of delivery:

We will fix the issue at no cost. However, technical problems do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

4. REVISIONS POLICY

Minor revisions (such as spelling or minor text changes) may be accepted at our discretion.
Major changes, new content, or revisions outside the original scope will be considered a new order and may incur an additional fee.
We reserve the right to decline revisions that exceed or alter the original agreement without obligation to revise or refund.

5. ORDER DOCUMENTATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

Zibecks Letters keeps full documentation of order confirmations, communications, and final file delivery with timestamps. In the case of a dispute or chargeback, this documentation will be submitted to the payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Whop, Stripe) as legal proof that the order was completed.

We strictly oppose fraud and reserve the right to report abuse to payment platforms or authorities.

6. ORDER COMPLETION

An order is officially complete when payment is received, the digital product is created, and the final file is delivered through the agreed channel. Once delivery is confirmed, there are no further obligations from Zibecks Letters unless a technical correction is needed.

7. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & CONSENT

By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder, have read and understood this policy, and waive your right to request a refund, file a dispute, or initiate a chargeback for any reason.

8. ADDITIONAL PROTECTIONS & PLATFORM TERMS

8.1. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by Instagram, Facebook, or Whop (e.g., message filters). Once sent, the file is considered delivered.

8.2. Downloaded or Used = Accepted

If you download, open, print, or use the file in any way, the transaction is legally accepted and cannot be reversed.

8.3. Failure to Read is Not Excuse

Failure to read descriptions or policies is not grounds for refund or dispute.

8.4. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Indonesia, regardless of your country of residence.
